Peter Agergaard has 20 years of leadership experience, most of them as HR Director and Senior VP HR in large multinational publicly held and foundation owned companies. With a Master of Business Law and Economics, an Executive MBA and a board education he is capable of bridging people, business and numbers. His focus is strategy execution based on business insights and business partnering. He has led large-scale HR and business transformations as well as led large strategic, financial and cultural turnarounds. His key competences are organizational development, talent and performance management and employee engagement.

He brings strong HR expertise and people development skills to the team from a practitioners’ perspective.
